At AquaLet™, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Because our products are personal hygiene items, certain return conditions apply.

Change of Mind Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns once an order has been shipped.

This applies to situations where:

  • You no longer want the item
  • You ordered the wrong item
  • You changed your mind after purchase

Please review all product information carefully before placing your order.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Once verified, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost:

  • A replacement item
  • A repair (where applicable)
  • A refund

Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

For customers in Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure
  • A repair or replacement for goods that are not of acceptable quality

This includes products that are faulty, unsafe, or significantly different from their description.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.

United States Consumer Rights

For customers in the United States, refunds or replacements are provided for:

  • Items that arrive defective
  • Items damaged during transit
  • Items that differ materially from the product description

We comply with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws. Refund eligibility is assessed based on the circumstances of each case.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Products returned without prior authorisation

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refund processing times depend on your payment provider
  • Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

We work with trusted fulfilment partners. Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Peak demand periods

are outside our control and do not automatically qualify for refunds.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first.

If the parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will assist you with a suitable resolution.
