At AquaLet™, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our warranty is designed to give you peace of mind and confidence with every purchase.

Warranty Coverage

AquaLet™ products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship when the product is used under normal conditions and according to the care instructions provided.
If a defect occurs during the warranty period, AquaLet™ will, at its discretion:
•    Repair the product, or
•    Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit, or
•    Provide an appropriate solution where repair or replacement is not possible

What Is Covered

The AquaLet™ warranty covers:
•    Electrical or mechanical faults caused by manufacturing defects
•    Battery or charging issues not caused by misuse
•    Faults that prevent the product from operating as intended

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:
•    Normal wear and tear
•    Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect
•    Damage caused by improper cleaning or storage
•    Water damage caused by submerging the charging port
•    Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorised parties
•    Loss or cosmetic damage that does not affect product function

How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team with the following information:
1.    Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
2.    A brief description of the issue
3.    Photos or videos showing the problem (if applicable)

Warranty Terms

•    This warranty applies only to products purchased from AquaLet™ or authorised retailers
•    The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser
•    Replacement products do not extend the original warranty period

This warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes those rights.
